Cookie Policy
Who we are
WiseCal is published by Kaamos Labs. Contact privacy@kaamoslabs.com for privacy or cookie questions.
What we use
We use a small set of first-party cookies and browser storage. We do not sell personal information. Categories:
-
Strictly necessary — remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask
again on every visit (
wisecal_cookie_consent). -
Analytics (optional) — Statsig loads without starting analytics.
Until you choose, logging, storage, and Statsig network traffic stay off. If you
Accept, we enable Statsig analytics and session replay (anonymous
Stable ID in
localStorage, plus local cache for evaluations/events). If you choose Essential only, we shut Statsig down and clear its storage. See Statsig’s privacy information.
Your choices
On your first visit (and until you choose), a banner lets you Accept analytics and session replay or use Essential only. You can change your mind anytime:
Declining keeps the site working. We shut Statsig down and clear its browser storage. Analytics and session replay do not run until you Accept.
How long data lasts
-
Consent preference: up to 12 months via the
wisecal_cookie_consentcookie (then we ask again). A matching expiry is stored in local storage as a backup. - Statsig Stable ID / local cache / session replay data (if accepted): managed by the Statsig SDK in browser storage for the life of your consent choice; cleared if you switch to Essential only or reset preferences.
Third parties
Analytics and session-replay processing is provided by Statsig. Network requests go to Statsig endpoints only after you Accept. This policy covers the marketing site at wisecalapp.com. The WiseCal iPhone app has separate data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
